When you book with The Chef Guys for your premiere in home dining experience you can expect a relaxing time enjoying your lavish meal with family and friends, while we take care of all the set up, cooking, and clean up.
After booking your private dining experience with us you will work with your private chef to develop your custom menu and design the perfect selection of delicious courses for you and your guests. We do all the shopping and take care of the prep work in our commercial kitchen. You won’t have to worry about a thing!
Our Chef’s will bring all necessary food & ingredients, cooking pots, pans, platters, serving utensils, and anything else needed to create a spectacular meal . We will take care of all clean up in-between courses and after service. We will even do the dishes and leave the kitchen cleaner than when we found it! All while you relax and enjoy time with your family and guests.

Roasted and tossed in tangy huckleberry/orange sauce and topped with sesame seeds and fresh scallion.
Pan-seared and blanketed with huckleberry/jalapeno BBQ sauce.
Maplewood smoked mozzarella buratta served with fresh local tomato and basil. Drizzled with olive oil and maple balsamic reduction.
Shrimp Corn Dogs
Jumbo shrimp in a crispy jalapeno batter and served with a ginger teriyaki marmalade dipping sauce.
Lump Crab Cakes
Seared in butter and topped with citrus onion relish and dill aoli.
Grilled corn and pepper filled empanadas fried crispy, topped with cayenne aoli, and fresh parmigiana Reggiano.
Stuffed Baby Peppers

Pork Egg Rolls
MT ginger pork sausage, vermicelli, carrots, and celery wrapped inside eggroll paper and fried crisp. Served on a bed of cabbage with ginger teriyaki dipping sauce.

Homemade Spanish sausage, homemade fettucini, brussels sprouts, sofrito, mustard cream, fresh parmesan.
Scallops & Risotto
Seared jumbo sea scallops, wild mushroom risotto, broccoli, maple balsamic reduction, pecorino romano.
