In Home Dining Experience

We have several in-home dining packages available to fit any occasion or celebration. Our prices are based on a per-person basis, and a cost of ingredient reimbursement. This way we can serve whatever caliber of food you desire within your budget, from casual comfort food such as chicken or pasta to luxurious and lavish ingredients such as lobster and caviar. Whatever your tastes, we can accommodate.

As always, we are never afraid to go the extra mile to provide nothing less than 5-Star service for our clients. Providing or procuring whatever we may need in order to best serve you and your group.

Family Style Service –  ($105.00 per person*) (For parties of 12 or more)
Relaxed and casual dining, with platters or chaffers in a self-serve or pass-around style. We offer a choice of 3 of the following options – appetizer, soup or salad, entrée and sides, and dessert. A great option for a less formal gathering or casual dine-in.

4 Course Service – ($150.00/per person*)
Best for a semi-formal affair, our most popular service focuses on full table service with beautifully presented plates. Our 4-course service offers standing or seated appetizers, and then a delightful table service with Salad, Dinner Entrée, and Dessert.

8 Plate Hors d’oeuvre Spread – ($175.00/per person*)
A great option for a tapas or hors d’oeuvre style party where guests will be mingling. We offer a menu of 8 various small bite-sized hors d’oeuvres platers for a casual affair and passed app service on more formal events.

6 Course Small Plate Dinner – ($225.00/per person*)
Our most immersive and indulgent culinary experience. This service features 6 courses of a beautifully plated menu, full table service, with an emphasis on creativity and artistry.



WINE PAIRING – ($200.00 flat rate*) (additional $200 for parties of 16 or more)
For a great choice in elevating your dining, Add a wine pairing to any of our dinner services, and enjoy having one of our Wine Pairing Specialists source, pair, and present a custom-tailored pairing based on your tastes, menu items, and budget. -*does not include the cost of wine. You designate your desired wine budget.-

BARTENDING SERVICE – ($200.00 flat rate*) (additional $200 for parties of 16 or more)

If desired, we can provide a licensed and experienced Bartender for your service, who can work with you to design, source, and serve a variety of standard or customized alcoholic beverages.  -*does not include the cost of ingredients of alcohol.

Brunch (Breakfast or Lunch) Service – ($75.00 per person*)
A customized brunch, breakfast or lunch service, served plated, buffet, or pass tray style. A perfect choice for either formal or in-formal service.

For Children – ($20.00/per child)

We can provide a simple single dish for the kids. Choose from a menu of kid’s favorites like flatbread pizza, alfredo pasta, mac n cheese, chicken tenders, or custom child’s entrees.

Staffing for larger parties
If there are 8 or more persons in the party, we may also add $125.00 for a server or additional chef to help assist & enhance the dining experience. Parties of 16 or more require an additional staffing

Chicken Drumettes

Roasted and tossed in tangy huckleberry/orange sauce and topped with sesame seeds and fresh scallion.

Bison Meatballs

Pan-seared and blanketed with huckleberry/jalapeno BBQ sauce.

Smoked Buratta

Maplewood smoked mozzarella buratta served with fresh local tomato and basil. Drizzled with olive oil and maple balsamic reduction.

Shrimp Corn Dogs

Jumbo shrimp in a crispy jalapeno batter and served with a ginger teriyaki marmalade dipping sauce.

Lump Crab Cakes

Seared in butter and topped with citrus onion relish and dill aoli.

Elote Empanadas

Grilled corn and pepper filled empanadas fried crispy, topped with cayenne aoli, and fresh parmigiana Reggiano.

Stuffed Baby Peppers

Sweet bite-sized peppers filled spiced cream cheese and spinach, roasted, drizzled with chili honey, sprinkled with toasted breadcrumbs, and fresh cilantro.

Pesto Pasta Shells

Crispy pasta shells stuffed with roasted tomato/smoked salmon pesto and sprinkled with fresh parsley and lemon zest.

Grilled Flatbread Pizza

Chargrilled flatbread, morel mushroom ragu, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.

Pork Egg Rolls

MT ginger pork sausage, vermicelli, carrots, and celery wrapped inside eggroll paper and fried crisp. Served on a bed of cabbage with ginger teriyaki dipping sauce.




Butter lettuce, roasted beets, almonds, goat cheese, basil, citrus vinaigrette.


Shredded napa & red cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, cashews, cilantro, honey/sesame vinaigrette.

MT Chopped

Raw Kale

Chiffonade dino kale, walnuts, strawberries, crispy prosciutto, feta cheese, honey yogurt/poppyseed dressing.


Rocket arugala, pecans, crispy peppered bacon, red berries, fresh parmesan, blackberry/ginger balsamic vinaigrette.


Local microgreens, jicama, avocado, roasted corn, grilled pepper, cilantro, SW spiced cucumber vinaigrette.



MT Pork Chop

Brined & grilled MT pork chop, chili braised local greens, white bean ragout, spiced apple gastrique.

Tournados Rossini

Seared beef tenderloin, buttery crostini, mushroom mediera demi glace, duck pate, black truffle oil, fresh chive.

Lamp Pops

Marinated lamb pops, SW spiced gnocchi, peas, toasted corn, red pepper, cumin/cayenne lamb jus, tomatillo/jalapeno relish.

Sesame Ahi

Sesame crusted ahi steak, green curry rice cake, roasted pepper, avocado, ginger teriyaki drizzle, crisp wonton.

Asian BBQ Salmon

Huckleberry/orange hoisin broiled salmon, udon noodles, peppers, celery, onion, carrot, and cabbage, ginger teriyaki stir-fried, and topped with fresh cilantro.

Surf & Turf

Blackened filet mignon, grilled lobster tail, toasted corn, red pepper, red onion, fingerling potatoes, rose lime butter, pico de gallo.

Homemade Spanish sausage, homemade fettucini, brussels sprouts, sofrito, mustard cream, fresh parmesan.

Scallops & Risotto

Seared jumbo sea scallops, wild mushroom risotto, broccoli, maple balsamic reduction, pecorino romano.

MT Trout

Pan-seared local trout, forbidden rice pilaf, roasted carrot, potato, rutabaga, sage brown butter.

Elk Canneloni

Homemade Italian elk sausage, ricotta cheese, and spinach wrapped in handmade pasta. Topped with morel mushroom ragu and fresh mozzarella.

Vegan Curry

Squash, zucchini, red onion, red pepper, snap peas, mushrooms, and carrots in a yellow curry coconut broth. Served with jasmine rice, sesame seed, and fresh basil.



Bananas Foster

Bananas flambéed with spiced rum and brown sugar, homemade sugar cookie, local vanilla bean ice cream.

Key Lime Cheesecake

Layered key lime custard and cheesecake. Topped with huckleberry agave sauce and fresh strawberry.
