3-Course Buffet Dinner — Salad, entrée with proteins, veggies, and starches, plus bite-sized desserts in a traditional buffet setting.
Buffet + Passed Appetizer Hybrid — Passed apps during cocktail hour, then a buffet dinner and dessert table.
4-Course Plated Dinner with Passed Appetizers — Our highest-touch option: passed apps, plated salad and entrée, and a dessert table with attentive table service.
