We chose The Chef Guys to cater wedding day brunch at our Airbnb.  Kaylin was great to work with and Chef Caleb makes the most delicious creations.  They were very accomodating to our various allergy/sensitivity needs.  Our group of 31 family/friends raved about the food.  The service was top notch from beginning to end. We had the absolute best experience with this team for our groom’s dinner.

They came to our rental, handled everything from start to finish, and made the entire evening feel effortless. They brought the food, set up beautifully, prepared appetizers, salad, the main course with sides, kids’ meals, and a gorgeous dessert. They even included thoughtful details like napkins and charger plates, which made everything feel elevated and special.

From the beginning, they were wonderful to work with. They listened to what we wanted, allowed us to collaborate on meal options, and executed everything beautifully. The food was absolutely delicious, and every course was explained clearly and thoughtfully.

Beyond the food itself, they were friendly, professional, organized, and fun to have around. Having them come in, cook for our group, serve an amazing meal, and handle cleanup took so much stress off our plate and allowed us to simply enjoy the evening, the views, and time with our family.

It was exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for and more. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a private chef experience, especially for a special event, vacation rental dinner, or intimate celebration.

We hired The Chef Guys to do a plated dinner for our outdoor wedding reception near West Glacier and needless to say they did a fantastic job. We were able to build a menu based off the many options they had (their tenderloin and trout are amazing for entrees!). They also offer additional services besides dinner that our guests loved: we chose a fun cocktail bar, a BEAUTIFUL charcuterie board, and a wine pairing with dinner! Kaylin and her staff were great to work with and very accommodating to make our special day even more memorable and stress free. Kaylin is a great chef and very knowledgeable. This was such an amazing experience having the chef guys come to cook for us! It was the evening of our elopement, just an intimate dinner with six of us in our Airbnb. We had the privilege of having one of the owners, Shaun, coming to cook for us! He was so personable and we loved hearing the story of how the chef guys came to be! The food was DELICIOUS! I don’t think I left anything on my plate for any of the courses! The menu selection was also a huge selling point for us! The food was unique while also being things we were familiar with! They also accommodated for a family member who didn’t want the meat we chose and brought her something different, that was amazing! Really couldn’t say anything bad, worth every penny! Oh my goodness, I cannot even begin to say enough about "The Chef Guys". Kaylin was absolutely a dream to coordinate with for our daughter's wedding in Kalispell. The group arrived on time and was very professional AND the food was wonderful. Everyone raved about how good it was. Beef Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli, Apple Salad and Key Lime Cheesecake..... SOOOOO GOOD! What talent this chef has and the servers were great. 10 out of 10 would recommend for any catering needs you may have. We have nothing but amazing things to say about working with Kaylin and the Chef Guys. We hired the team to cater our 35 person wedding this August, and even though we were a smaller group, we felt Kaylin was with us every step of the way to make sure our experience was nothing short of magical.

Kaylin was such a help during the planning process, and had numerous in-depth menu discussions with me ahead of the wedding to work around allergies (we had a LOT of unique dietary restrictions) and carefully explain what to expect on the day of - which I really appreciated especially because we did not have a day-of coordinator.

On the day-of, first off, the food was INCREDIBLE. Every component was so tasty from appetizers to desserts. What I really appreciated though is that Kaylin really made it a priority to find me throughout the night with food. She made sure me and my husband were eating during cocktail hour and brought us each a big plate loaded up with food. In the rush of activity - it's so easy to lose track and forget to eat, and I really appreciated that she made sure we got to enjoy as well.

5 stars is not enough for how amazing of an experience we had with The Chef Guys! We used them for our wedding dinner for a group of 13 and they far exceeded our expectations. They were so helpful throughout all the planning, extremely responsive, personable, fun, and experts at their craft! All of our family could not say enough compliments about how wonderful the food and drink pairing was. This was easily some of the best food I have ever had in my life.
